FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Who is this for?
Ages 14 - Adult who have at least 3 months of aerial arts experience. Please read the workshop descriptions carefully to make sure that you have the pre-requisites the instructor requires to participate in their workshop

2. Where is the CAAS and the workshops & events located?
Boulder Circus Center, 4747 26th St Boulder CO 80301
Although we do have our own parking lot, As this is a large event Please consider carpooling if at all possible.

2.B - Can I get there by bus? The nearest bus stop is almost 1 mile away. Either the 205 that stops at 28th & Jay, then you walk down Highway 36 for .3 mile, then down N 26th St, a dirt road, for .5 mile, or the 204 at 19th St & Yarmouth Ave, which is .7 mile walk, but you have to cross Highway 36 (55mph highway), with no light or crosswalk. We highly suggest Lyft or Uber or catch a ride with a friend.

3. How can I make changes to my workshop schedule?
Purchaser may change workshops based upon availability and is subject to a $20 per workshop administrative change fee. Please email cathy@aircat.net for any changes once purchased.

4. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations & Refunds
Once purchased, there are no cancellations or refunds allowed. Purchased workshops or packages are non-transferrable. If CAAS cancels a specific workshop, purchaser will be given the option to attend another workshop or a refund based on the fee paid if an a la carte purchase, or a pro-rated amount based on a package purchase. CAAS is a rain, snow, or shine event and will only be cancelled or postponed in the event that Highway 36 from Denver to Boulder is impassable & closed, OR if State of Colorado &/or Boulder County enact mandates, rules, or laws that prohibit the CAAS & BCC to operate.

If you’re sick with any kind of cold, flu, or Corona virus type symptoms, please DO NOT come to the BCC or CAAS. Please notify Cathy, the director, by text 303-442-1288 or email cathy@aircat.net. If you are sick or injured for any reason, there is no refund.

Any allowed refund will be subject to a $20 administration fee to cover credit card transaction fees and administration time.

Force Majeure Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition that was beyond the party’s reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, any strike, explosion, maritime peril, natural disaster, act by a public enemy, fire, flood, accident, riot, insurgence, act of war or terrorism, governmental action, internet disturbance, grid down, or any other similar event.

5. Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, there are 3 forms to fill out:
PLEASE FILL OUT THE WAIVERS BELOW. NOTE, ONLY THE BCC WAIVER CAN BE FILLED OUT ONLINE. Options for the (2) Aircat Forms - Fill out in Adobe reader or print fill out & take a picture and email or share on google drive with orders@aircat.net, or Print, fill out, sign and bring with you to the Summit. All forms must be filled out, signed & received before you will be able to participate in the summit.

6. What is the photo and video policy?
Each instructor has their own video/photo policy for their workshops. It will be listed in their workshop information and they may inform you at their workshop.

7. Where can I stay?
We do not offer any options for housing. Please google local hotels, AirBnb or Vrbo.

8. Can I observe a workshop and not participate?
Yes, there is a $20 per workshop observation fee. However, not all workshops allow observers. The list of available workshops to observe is in the “observe a workshop” product. You may pay in advance, or pay cash at the door.

9. Can I share a package with a friend?
No. Packages and workshops are non-transferable and only for the 1 person who purchases them.

10. Masks, vaccinations, or any health tests or optional at this time. We do not require social distancing and will be sharing apparatus in all classes.
