Silks - Intermediate

This workshop will focus on hip keys on silks, transitions in and out of them, as well as various skills and drops that start from this wrap! We will dive deep into this foundational silks wrap and its relationship to other silks wraps including hitch, same side and opposite side wrap, and knee lock. We will also work on some hip key specific skills such as hip key roll ups, salto and its variations, a couple of different hip key dives, ginger and its variations, revolving door, and poses such as miracle splits and figurehead. Being able to get into a hip key in the air is essential for this workshop.
