If you've ever wanted to learn dynamics on Lyra, this workshop is for you. We will Start with the fundamentals of dynamic movement and progress through rolls, dives, and drops, applying the basic principles to increasingly advanced sequences and techniques.
Emily has been performing and teaching Lyra in the US as well as abroad since 2014. She most enjoys teaching and doing dynamic flows and strength-based Lyra techniques and has coached multiple award-winning Lyra routines.
