This workshop invites you to embark on a unique journey into the world of dynamic movement as we explore various trajectories achievable on the Dance Trapeze. Whether you're an experienced aerialist seeking inspiration or a beginner entering the aerial world, this class is destined to take you to new heights. Join us for 90 minutes of orbiting, swinging and spinning on Dance Trapeze.

Pre Reqs: Ability to dead hang from a bar, ie. Hang from your hands with straight arms.
Cressie Mae is a Boulder local performance artist and coach. Since the pandemic she has realized her love for coaching private lessons and teaching circus arts to children. Her current passion project is working as the Youth Program Executive Director for the Boulder Circus Center. While she works out of many local studios, Cressie Mae calls the BCC her home away from home. When she isn’t in the studios coaching or creating, you can find her in the air and on stages with The Fractal Society, The Junkyard Socialites, Luxe Entertainment and other local collaborations.
